Leo DiCaprio gets first look at longtime friend’s art show

Art insiders told Page Six that Leo DiCaprio snapped up a painting at contemporary-art fair Volta NY just hours after the show opened.

We hear the work by Jean-Pierre Roy — called “Landscape With Divergent Perceptual Reference Frames” — went for $38,000 from Gallery Poulsen.

The Pier 90 show’s among hip fairs running during Armory Week.

A source told us that Leo and the artist are “friends from elementary school . . . he’s a talented artist whom Leo collects.”

At the Armory Show on Friday were VIPs including Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz, James Franco, Michael Eisner an Alexander Wang.
