North Carolina Mother Purchased $1600 Really worth Of Cookies From Daughter’s Troop And Failed To Spend
In a different “epitome of a trash mom” moment, 31-year-outdated Noel Hines was arrested for theft in North Faculty Hill, NC this week immediately after allegedly accepting a substantial purchase ($1600!) for Lady Scout cookies to offer for her daughter’s troop last March but failing to pay back up to the Female Scouts of Western Ohio…
According to Daily Mail stories:
Female Scout officers and law enforcement say they tried to speak to Hines around a time period of six months to procure the $1600 owed, but ended up not thriving — SO, when Hines was arrested last 7 days on unrelated charges, she was also charged with theft at the North Faculty Hill Mayor’s court. Hines has been arraigned and is scheduled to seem in court on November 28.
The Female Scouts of Western Ohio explained cases with regards to theft in their troop are ‘infrequent’ and ‘unfortunate.’
‘When we have proof that an adult misuses troop money, we pursue vigorously and, when proper, get in touch with law enforcement to get well as much money for the troop as achievable. This is not a thing we acquire lightly,’ the corporation said in a statement.
Peep the Facebook write-up that the North University Hill Police Office set up regarding Hines:
The Girl Scouts Of America cookie guide selling prices the cookies at $4 for each box, which would imply Hines created off with about 400 bins of cookies. SMH!
